Synopsis: Tumba y Tumbao is a regional comedy from Barranquilla, Colombia that tells the story of Ruben and Viviana, two people from different walks of life who embark on a rocky romance. Viviana is an upper class young woman who will do almost anything to keep her social status. Ruben works in a cemetery by day, where he plots his jobs as a modern day Robin Hood along with his band of thieves. The cemetery is also where Ruben and Viviana meet and begin to change each others’ lives: he becomes more refined and she, a bit grittier; she learns about the crazy antics of his band and the world they live in, and he is left to feel petty and uncomfortable at an upper class party. The laughs never stop as the two try to keep their relationship going strong, despite their differences.
