Synopsis: An amusing encounter in the park turns into an increasingly tense relationship when a burned out writer is forced into writing an atrocious screenplay for a menacing ultimate fighter known as “The Bringer of Death”. Will writers’ block led to the chopping block?

     

Directors Biography: Gustavo Rodriguez and Jeremy Buhler
“The Kingdom of Ultimate Power” is the inaugural project of Pilot Light Pictures, and independent film production company founded by New York based filmmakers and long time friends Jeremy Buhler and Gustavo Rodriguez. Rodriguez and Buhler have known and collaborated with each other since their days as film students at Syracuse University. Buhler, who makes his living as a film and television editor and Rodriguez, a recipient of the 1996 IFFM Hispanic Screenwriters Fellowship, self-financed, produced, wrote, directed their joint debut. They are currently at work developing a TV series and a feature length version of “The Kingdom of Ultimate Power.”
